Mount Pleasant Square
Located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, the project consists of a 107,000 square foot retail shopping center and a 5.3 acre future development site. Dewberry Capital plans to develop 85,000 square feet of retail shops and 125 multifamily units.

Dewberry Capital is currently renovating the L. Mendel Rivers Federal Building, a 108,000 square foot former office building, located on two (2) acres on Meeting Street at Marion Square.
Hotel Dewberry, a four plus star hotel, will feature 161 luxurious guestrooms with a variety of restaurants and bars and extensive banquet and meeting facilities. This unique hotel will also feature an all-encompassing rooftop spa, pool and fitness center with views of Charleston's beautiful cityscape, the Cooper and Ashley Rivers, Charleston Harbor, the Atlantic Ocean and beyond.
Although Dewberry Capital will completely recreate the building's interior, the marble-and-brick façade will remain largely as is, thereby preserving the architectural integrity of this John F. Kennedy commissioned mid-century building. Upon completion, Hotel Dewberry will be a LEED certified hotel.
Hotel Dewberry is the first hotel under The Dewberry flag and is scheduled to open for business in fall 2013.
