Belle Isle Square was renovated in 2009 to provide the premier lifestyle experience, presenting patrons with a broad selection of retail services, including some of the area's most popular restaurants like Food 101, specialty retailers such as an authentic New York Butchers Shop, and the community's most respected pre-school, The Chastain School.
Campanile back to top
Dewberry Capital strengthened its office portfolio in 2010 with the purchase of Campanile, a 21 story, 446,000 square foot, Class 'A' office tower located in the Midtown submarket of Atlanta. Campanile was originally built as the headquarters for Bell South Corp., and is a landmark of Atlanta's Midtown skyline. The property stands prominently on "Main and Main" at the corner of Peachtree and 14th Street. Campanile has recently undergone an extensive interior and exterior renovation spanning from the building's core infrastructure to the high efficiency vision and Spandrel glass façade. Campanile's grand lobby and common areas have been refinished with modern glass entrances and furniture. While modernizing the building, Dewberry Capital was able to maintain Campanile's irreplaceable stone, metal and wood finishes. In addition to the extensive capital improvements made to the office tower, Dewberry Capital now has plans for capitalizing on the premier Midtown location by adding approximately 50,000 sf of ground floor, glass box retail. The glass storefront with exposure to both Peachtree and 14th St. will attract retailers that demand only the best location.
