Dewberry Capital strengthened its office portfolio in 2010 with the purchase of Campanile, a 21 story, 446,000 square foot, Class 'A' office tower located in the Midtown submarket of Atlanta. Campanile was originally built as the headquarters for Bell South Corp., and is a landmark of Atlanta's Midtown skyline.
